Mohammad joined MESHKAT after several years of acting as legal adviser for various commercial entities. He has advised clients on different aspects of international commercial law, including international sale of goods, distribution and agency agreements, JVs and M&A. He previously worked at PAA LAWYERS and Tamin Edalat law firms.

Mohammad has served clients both in a capacity of arbitrator and as a legal counsel in cases before different international arbitral tribunals, including the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC). He is currently a member of the Arbitration Court of Iran Judiciary Bar and sits as an arbitrator in different cases referred to this Court.

Mohammad has lectured and published extensively on sports law. He currently sits as the Chair of the Appeals Commission of the International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC) and is a member of the Legal Experts Working Group at the International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation (UIAA).
